gregory’s chicken wings

the sauce:
2 small cans tomato sauce
3/4 of a bar of butter
Tabasco sauce
cider vinegar, optional
a few cloves of garlic, crushed
1 small can of pickled jalapenos & carrots & some of its juice

Combine all ingredients in a pot & simmer on low heat for 30 mins.
Use sauce for dipping or pour over wings.

the wings:
salt
pepper
1 family pack of chicken wings

Place wings on baking pan & season with salt & pepper; broil at high heat until crispy.
